Ma Fan Yung
Adjunct Associate Professor, National University of Singapore (NUS)
Ma Fan Yung is an Adjunct Associate Professor in Electrical and Computer Engineering at NUS, with 30+ years of experience in analog and mixed-signal CMOS/BiCMOS design. He holds 19 patents and has developed silicon-proven solutions in delta-sigma converters, temperature sensors, power management, and transceivers.
A TÜV SÜD certified Functional Safety Engineer (ISO 26262), he was formerly Principal Engineer at Infineon Technologies Asia Pacific and a key contributor to the world’s first high-order modulator single-shot sigma-delta ADC at Harris Semiconductor.
He holds an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and a B.A.Sc. (Honours) from the University of Toronto.

Teacher Liu leverages deep facilitation expertise to advance global capabilities in Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, Drone Technology, and Sustainability. His credentials include the Harvard Bok Teaching Certification (2025), Certificate in Sustainability from the National University of Singapore, and EV3 Robotics Instructor Certification from Carnegie Mellon Robotics Academy. He has trained professionals and students in China, Japan, the United States, Africa, Russia, India, and Canada, serving as Lead Trainer for Intel’s “Digital Readiness” AI Program and earning recognition as an Outstanding Trainer by Intel’s Global Program Director.
Mr. Liu has delivered robotics-based corporate training for P&G, SAP, MAS, DBS, Informatics, and NEC, and sales enablement programs for 500 Adobe partner companies in China. In 2024, he led the largest STEM summer program in Singapore, delivering 130 courses to over 4,000 students. He currently expands AI and robotics education to China, Africa, Indonesia, Laos, and Switzerland, while integrating green technology and UN Sustainable Development Goals into educational programs. As a member of the Asia Pacific Drone Alliance, he drives cross-sector innovation in drone applications.

刘老师善于运用引导与培训技巧，推动全球在人工智能、机器人、无人机技术及可持续发展等领域的知识与技能提升。他持有哈佛大学 Bok 教学认证（2025）、新加坡国立大学可持续发展证书以及美国卡内基梅隆大学机器人学院 EV3 指导证书。
他曾为宝洁（P&G）、SAP、新加坡金融管理局（MAS）、星展银行（DBS）、资讯学院（Informatics）及NEC等企业提供基于机器人编程的企业培训，并为中国 500 家 Adobe 合作伙伴公司提供销售赋能课程。作为英特尔“数字预备”计划人工智能课程的首席培训师，他在中国、日本、美国、非洲、俄罗斯、印度和加拿大培训师生，并获英特尔全球项目总监评为*“杰出培训师”*。
2024 年，他带领团队在新加坡开设 130 场 STEM 及科技课程，服务超过 4,000 名学生，打造新加坡规模最大的暑期科技教育项目。目前，他正将人工智能与机器人课程推广至中国、非洲、印度尼西亚、老挝和瑞士，并将绿色科技与联合国可持续发展目标（SDGs）融合于教育项目中。作为亚太无人机联盟成员，他推动无人机在多领域的创新应用。
