Dr. Chung holds a Doctorate in Business Management and a Master’s degree in Marketing Management. With experience as a journalist, Creative Director, and Vice President of Marketing, he has taught at institutions such as the National University of Singapore and Nanyang Technological University.

His areas of expertise include branding and marketing management, team management, and corporate psychology. Dr. Chung has conducted training for Singapore government agencies and international corporations, including the Singapore Police Force, Civil Aviation Authority, E-Bay, Marriott, and Subaru—and has delivered programs for major banks in China such as the Bank of China, ICBC, CCB, and China Merchants Bank.

He is also the first Mandarin-speaking trainer in Singapore certified by NLP University (USA). Known for his engaging and practical teaching style, Dr. Chung is widely recognized for his extensive experience in corporate and government training across Singapore and China.
