Aaron previously worked in maritime design in Singapore. After that he joined Huttons, one of the largest real estate companies in Singapore, which has nearly 6,000 agents. 

He achieved the top 500 in the first year of joining and entered the top 300 in the following year. At the same time, promoted to Division Director.
