Book 5: My Life as a Pie Chart

Arlo’s life gets sliced. He wakes up to find a monitor on his wrist and his whole life being tracked in a pie chart. At first, he’s interested to see the pattern of his habits but soon the tracker starts telling him how to behave. As Arlo watches his free time shrink and his joy disappear, his patience snaps and he scribbles a whole new program to make us laugh. A funny story, reminding us that data can’t measure everything, especially when it comes to being ourselves.
