He has extensive experience in education policy and leadership, having served as a Member of Parliament and Chairman of the Government Parliamentary Committee for Education. He has also served on the boards of NTU, Singapore Polytechnic and the Institute of Technical Education, among other organisations.

An experienced educationist of 48 years' service and has also taught various leadership, educational and teacher-training modules as an adjunct teaching fellow at NIE, Nanyang Technological University since 1998. Mr Koh served as a School's Head of Department, Junior College Vice-Principal, Secondary School Principal, and as Deputy Director (National Education & School Planning) at the MOE HQ. Mr Koh holds a M. Ed degree from NTU. His first degree is BA (NUS).

Founder and Managing Director of the Artificial Intelligence International Institute (AIII), with four decades of industry, venture and academic experience. He is an Adjunct Professor at SUTD and an advocate of the global “AI for Humanity” movement. He also holds leadership and advisory roles in AI, fintech and supercomputing, and received his PhD from the University of Texas at Austin, specialising in AI for Governance and Business Process Automation.

An educational psychologist specialising in assessments and interventions for children with developmental and learning needs. He holds a Master of Arts in Applied Psychology from NTU and is a registered psychologist in Singapore.

Dr. Chung holds a Doctorate in Business Management and has extensive experience in marketing, branding and corporate training. He has taught at institutions including NUS and NTU, and conducted training for government agencies, multinational corporations and major financial institutions across Singapore and China.
